You can give each other great back rubs as well as spend some time catching up with each other. While he might want to take a seat and watch the game, he will not miss this opportunity to get a back rub form his favorite girl.

Another great way to have a spa day is to involve your children. Have them prepare everything and let them do all of the work for you. The perfect spa day does not have to be spent along with your pocketbook to a high end salon and spa that you honestly do not need. A spa day at home is much easier to manage and much cheaper. You can also involve others in these spa days which is also very hard to do the more expensive certain things become. Spa days are the best ways to relax and rejuvenate.
